Please note the cut off dates for making hotel reservations and submitting your information to our offices. This year's conference will be held at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Lost Pines, Texas. We will be arriving on Sunday, April 25th, and departing on Thursday, April 29th.

The cut-off date for making reservations at the guaranteed Conference rate is March 25th, 2010. The group rate will apply three days prior and three days after the conference dates, based upon availability of group rooms at the time of the request.
