Welcome to the Member/Supplier Conference 2011

We are offering on-line registration to our Annual Member/Supplier Conference again this year. Please note the cut off dates for making hotel reservations and submitting your information to our offices. This year's conference will be held at Hyatt Grand Champion Resort, Villas and Spa in Palm Springs, California. We will be arriving on Wednesday, March 9, 2011, and departing on Sunday, March 13, 2011.

Agenda: For your convenience in making travel arrangements and hotel reservations. The only changes to this Agenda should be minor revisions to the hours the Exhibition Floor is open, depending on attendance.

The cut-off date for making reservations at the guaranteed Conference rate is February 8, 2011. The group rate will apply three days prior and three days after the conference dates, based upon availability of group rooms at the time of the request.

Golf Information: The 2011 Supplier/Member Golf Tournament is scheduled to be held at the Indian Wells Golf Report with a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2011.
